FACILITY EVALUATION
When you are not physically on site, it becomes increasingly difficult to monitor employee performance, especially customer service. Best Management Services can provide you with seasoned operations personnel, who have years of experience in the field as managers, to analyze your facility. They will “shop” your facility, in person and by phone, to give you a real world view of how your employees are treating customers. They will then provide a full report that will help you in achieving the highest level of customer service.
Telephone Shopping – Calling the facility; whether we pose as a potential customer or use a third party mystery service, evaluations of the techniques employees utilize to determine if they are driving sales at your location are monitored.
Personal Encounter – We will visit the site, also posing as potential customers, to determine if sales personnel are effectively building customer relationships and are following key guidelines for closing sales.
